Z84C0010FEC00TR Overview
The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 44-LQFP for convenient overseas shipping. Using advanced packaging techniques Tape & Reel (TR), high reliability is ensured. A CPU with 1 Core 8-Bit cores and width 1 Core 8-Bit busses is used. Understand how the operating temperature around -40°C~100°C TA is determined. This is a member of the Z80 series. The CPU runs at 5.0V when it comes to I/O. Use Z84C00 when searching for variants of the embedded microprocessor. 10MHz Hz is the frequency at which the CPU operates. There are many applications that use the CPU with Surface Mount mounted. 5V is the CPU core voltage.
