Z8018110FEC00TR Overview
The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 100-QFP for convenient overseas shipping. Using advanced packaging techniques Tape & Reel (TR), high reliability is ensured. A CPU with 1 Core 8-Bit cores and width 1 Core 8-Bit busses is used. Understand how the operating temperature around -40°C~100°C TA is determined. This is a member of the SAC™ series. With a core count of Z80180, this CPU is multicore. A CPU with this architecture uses DRAM RAM controllers. With its ASCI, CSIO, SCC, UART interfaces, this microprocessor will be able to serve you better. The CPU runs at 5.0V when it comes to I/O. Use Z80181 when searching for variants of the embedded microprocessor. 10MHz Hz is the frequency at which the CPU operates. There are many applications that use the CPU with Surface Mount mounted. 5V is the CPU core voltage.
