WM9715CLGEFL/V Overview
In order to save space, it is packaged in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Tray packaging method is used. Due to the fact that this part is of the type Audio, AC '97, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. As a mounting type, it uses Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -25°C~85°C, it is able to operate normally. It features 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. In the analog circuit, the supply voltage is 1.8V~3.6V. Supply voltage is set to 1.8V~3.6V for the digital circuit. 48 terminations prevent signals from reflecting off transmission lines. There are 48 pins on this device. The chip is mounted to the PCB using the Surface Mount technology. Ideally, the supply voltage should remain at 3.6V. To convert analog signals into digital signals, there are 3 A/D converters. 1.8V should be the minimum value of supply voltage. The supply voltage is set to 3.3V.
