VLA504-01 Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 14-SIP Module, 12 Leads package.A packaging method of Bulk is used.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Through Hole.When the supply voltage is 14V~15V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT has been used in its design.Temperature range -20°C~60°C TA is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 12 terminations.The mount method is Through Hole.When the device is designed, it has 12 pins.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 3A.
