VBP104FAS Overview


Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Digi-Reel®. Photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages in order to ensure their safety. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 60V. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes may be able to release 215mW heat. It is recommended that the reverse anode voltage on the photodiodes be 60V. Photodiodes should release 215mW heat in a circuit. In the DC circuit, photodiodes can be operated correctly with reverse voltage of 60V. A photodiode must be operated at 1.3V to carry current. If photodiodes are to function, the breakdown voltage should be 60V. The photodiode will operate at 2nA current even in the absence of light input.
