VBG15NB22T5TR-E Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it.In the PowerSO-10 Exposed Bottom Pad package, it is included.The LED driver is mounted as Surface Mount.General Purpose is the switch type it owns.To ensure reliable operation, set the temperature to -40°C~175°C TJ.As a default, the output is set to 1.A voltage of 14V is used to power it.There is a maximum output voltage of Bipolar volts on this LED driver.It is a member of the VBG15 family.In total, there are 10 terminations.The operation is carried out using the 10 pins.As far as the lighting driver is concerned, there are 1 functions.The maximum output current is reduced to 17A to meet the operation criteria.Using a voltage of 14V allows for high efficiency.A maximum supply voltage of 24V is set in Vsup.Normal operation requires Vsup above 5.2V.
