The ULN2003AD16-U is a 7-channel high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array from Diodes Inc. It is designed to interface between low-level logic circuitry and high-current, high-voltage loads. The ULN2003AD16-U is a 16-pin dual-in-line package (DIP) with seven NPN Darlington pairs.
