UCC37322DGN Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tube is used.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4V~15V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range 0°C~70°C TA is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number UCC37322.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 14V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 9A.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.The basis of this system consists of 1 outputs.This device supports a current output of 9A at the output.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 3W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 1mA.
