UCC2813D-5 Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 3.6V~12V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control.
