For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4V~15V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TA.The input type is Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number UCC27425.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 14V volts.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.4A is the maximum output current.There are 8 component pins on the board.Based on its basis, it integrates 2 outputs.An output current of 4A is supported.650mW dissipates maximum power without overheating, showing its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 1.6mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.With its power supplies of 4.5/15V, it solves the power supply problems for diverse applications.
