UCC27201DRMT Overview
For greater flexibility, the 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 8V~17V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~140°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number UCC27201.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.3A is the maximum output current.There are 8 component pins on the board.There can be a voltage up to 120V on the high-side (Bootstrap).Based on its basis, it integrates 2 outputs.An output current of 3A is supported.3.3W dissipates maximum power without overheating, showing its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 5.5mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 12V volts.When 1MHz is used frequently, efficiency can be improved.
