UC39431DTR Overview
An easy-to-use 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 8.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.39% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 36V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.In the voltage reference ic, there are 8 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within 0°C~70°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "UC39431".For applications with 100mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 100mA.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.A cathode current of 800μA is generally considered to be correct.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 36V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.A voltage of 15V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 2.2V at a minimum.Voltage 1.3V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.
