TSB81BA3EPFP Overview
This LED driver IC features an enhanced 80-TQFP Exposed Pad package for driving common LEDs.The receiver is packaged in a Tray package.As a Transceiver can transceiver, this part has enabled many applications to be served.This wide receiver can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This differential driver uses 3V~3.6V for power supply.There can be up to 6/6 eligible receivers/drivers on the field at the same time with this electronic part.IC receiver has been designed primarily for applications operating at 0°C~70°C.80 terminations are integrated into this wide receiver for driving and receiving signals from data.It is packaged with 80 pinouts that are market standard for this particular transceiver.The base part number TSB81BA3 identifies the product type, temperature, package, etc., so you can search for more variants by using it.A 80-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.Using this ic receiver, you were able to achieve a resolution of 6 bits.An input voltage supply of 3.3V is required to operate the transceiver module.In module isolated transceiver are 1 receivers.Using the input voltage of 120mA, this integrating circuit is capable of driving LEDs with an output voltage of 12 volts.It is possible for this can transceiver to have mal-functions when its input current reaches or exceeds 150mA.
