The LQFP package contains these RF Transmitters.Packaging way Tape & Reel (TR) is provided.The RF AND BASEBAND CIRCUIT family provides RF transmitter and receiver a wide range of applications.-- series contain this RF transmitter and receiver.The voltage supplied to 2.2 V ~ 3.6 V can improve efficiency.RF Transmitter operation can be achieved with a maximum operating temperature of 60°C°C.It operates at a minimum temperature of -20°C degrees Celsius in order to ensure reliability.A 3.3V-volt supply voltage is recommended for maximum efficiency.
