There is greater flexibility with the 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~105°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number TPS51604.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 8 pins available.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 5V V.As its interface IC, PUSH-PULL BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 4A can be achieved at maximum power.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 1 outputs that have been integrated.This device is capable of delivering 4A current.Keeping the supply current at 600μA ensures greater stability.Due to its power supply of 5V, it provides an effective solution to power supply problems for a wide range of applications.As a result, a voltage of 34V is produced.With a voltage of 600μA, it operates with a constant current.
