TPS51604DSGR Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~105°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.It's configured with 8 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number TPS51604.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.There are 8 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 5V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as PUSH-PULL BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 4A that can be achieved.In terms of its basis, there are 1 outputs integrated.The output current of this device can be set to 4A.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 600μA.Due to its 5V power supply, it can solve power supply problems for an array of diverse applications.In this case, the voltage is 34V.A voltage of 5.5V should be set for the operating supply voltage.
