TPS2829DBVT Overview
For greater flexibility, its SC-74A, SOT-753 package is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 4V~14V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TA.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 5 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number TPS2829.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 5 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 10V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 2A.The board has 5 component pins.For its basis, there are 1 outputs integrated.2A is the maximum output current supported by the device.Having the maximum power dissipation of 437mW indicates its maximum capacity to conduct power losses without overheating.15.5V is the output voltage.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 10V.In order to maintain the maximum output voltage, it must be set at 9.9V.
