TPS2819DBVR Overview
For greater flexibility, the SC-74A, SOT-753 package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4V~14V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TA.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 5 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number TPS2819.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 5 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 10V volts.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.2A is the maximum output current.There are 5 component pins on the board.Based on its basis, it integrates 1 outputs.An output current of 2A is supported.437mW dissipates maximum power without overheating, showing its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss.The supply voltage is 50mA.Mosfet gate drivers is also possible to provide BUILT-IN REGULATOR 8V TO 40V SUPPLY using unique technologies.
