TPS2811DR Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4V~14V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TA.The input type for this program is Inverting.It's configured with 8 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number TPS2811.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.There are 8 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 10V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as NAND GATE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 2mA that can be achieved.A board with 8 component pins is available.In terms of its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.The output current of this device can be set to 2A.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 730mW shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.Due to its 10V power supply, it can solve power supply problems for an array of diverse applications.This function has an input of SCHMITT TRIGGER.
