TPS2103DBVT Overview
The case is made of SC-74A, SOT-753 plastic. The Tape & Reel (TR) case is ideal for packing the part. Mounting is done along the Surface Mount-axis. We give it a voltage of 2.7V~4V. It is not acceptable to operate this component below -40°C~70°C degrees Celsius. It fits perfectly with the component connected to Handheld/Mobile Devices. As a Source Selector Switch-type device, it is categorized. As far as FET types are concerned, N and P-Channel can be recognized. In this part, there are 5 terminations. Keeping the device resistance within 250mOhm is recommended.
