TPS2102D Overview
The case is made of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) plastic. The Tube case is ideal for packing the part. Mounting is done along the Surface Mount-axis. We give it a voltage of 2.7V~4V. It is not acceptable to operate this component below -40°C~70°C degrees Celsius. It fits perfectly with the component connected to Handheld/Mobile Devices. As a Source Selector Switch-type device, it is categorized. As far as FET types are concerned, N and P-Channel can be recognized. In this part, there are 8 terminations. Pins are attached to it using 8 pins. Using TPS2102 as a basis, the part is constructed. 3.3V provides its performance. The peak reflow temperature of this part is used to run 260 on it. Keeping the device resistance within 250mOhm is recommended.
