TMS320F28022PTQ Overview
Packaged in a 48-LQFP format, this MCU is available in a compact size. There are 22 I/Os on the Microcontroller. It is important to note that the Microcontroller has a Surface Mount mounting type. 32-Bit core is the basis for this Microcontroller. This program has a type of memory called FLASH for this MCU's program memory. Temperatures in this range are operated by this Microcontroller. The Automotive, AEC-Q100, C2000™ C28x Piccolo™ series includes this electrical component. There is 32KB 16K x 16 bytes of program memory in MCU, which corresponds to the size of the program. With a C28x Core processor, MCU is equipped with the latest technology available. This is a MICROCONTROLLER uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. During the manufacturing process, 48 terminations were applied to the IC chip. 32-bits are used in Microcontroller. The MCU chip's supply output is 1.8V volts. Currently, MCU chip has NO DMA channels. 32kB memory size belongs to the Chip part. Alternatives can be found by looking at the base part number TMS320. In the case of 50MHz frequency operation, it can perform efficiently. There are YES PWM channels on the device. The chip has 48 pins. The clock has 3 timers/counters to keep track of the time. 48 pins are counted on this board. There are 1 UART channels available on this board.
