TMP100NA/250 Overview
In order to protect the sensors, they are packaged in a Cut Tape (CT). To protect analog sensors from damage, they are put into SOT-23-6 packages. It is necessary to have 6 pins for this sensor to function properly. This electronic part contains 6 terminations. If the analog sensors are operating, their current could be 75μA. DC circuits should not exceed 5.5V for the maximum voltage supplied by this sensor. The minimum DC voltage supplied by this magnetic switch is 2.7V. For analog sensors, GND current should be 45μA. To make it work, the sensor can supply a nominal current of 150μA. It is generally recommended that the current output of the sensor be 4mA for optimal performance.
