TLVH431ACPKG3 Overview
The reference voltage makes use of the handy TO-243AA package.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Shunt control.External packaging Tape & Reel (TR) encloses the voltage reference ic.Tolerance of ±1% for precise voltage measurements.A Adjustable form is available for input by the user.In the case of demanding PCB designs, Surface Mount is available.Inputs of 70mA are compatible with the reference voltage.Cathode currents should generally be equal to 100μA.In this case, the voltage is fixed at 1.24V.It is possible for the voltage reference circuit to send a voltage greater than 18V volts.Its supplier voltage reference circuit package is SOT-89-3.
