LED drivers with the enhanced 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package will be able to drive a variety of common LEDs with ease.In this package, the receiver is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.Since this part is a Transceiver can transceiver, a number of solutions have been able to utiliTransceivere it for various purposes.Ideally, you should place this wide receiver on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Power supply for this differential driver is 4.5V~5.5V.It is possible to have up to 1/1 receivers/drivers in use simultaneously with this electronic part.The operating temperature of this ic receiver is -40°C~150°C TJ. It is primarily designed for applications with low temperatures.Driver ICs with a supply voltage range of 5V can operate efficiently.Integrated into this wide receiver are 8 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.One of the integrating circuits in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series represents a technique for enhancing power effintegrating circuitiency.
