TLE2426CLP Overview
TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Ground Reference (Virtual) control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Bulk external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.IC ANALOG CIRCUIT is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 20V.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.Working within the range of 0°C~70°C TA.TLE2426 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Through Hole applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 20mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 20V.1.98V voltage lower than 1.98V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 40V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 4V.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 4V~40V voltage input.It generates a fixed voltage of 2V.It operates on a supply current of 400μA for its operation.SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) are present in this voltage reference circuit?It can output a voltage of 20V regardless of external conditions.
