The product is packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) to facilitate transportation.Output type MOS, Open-Drain is used for this comparator.This device is designed in Tube case.Electronic comparator is possible to find the 8 terminals of the comparator.The comparator is capable of achieving many demanding tasks when supplied with 5V voltage.It's a typical General Purpose comparator.The device contains 8 pins.The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount .To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C .8 pins are present on the comparator.You may wish to search TLC393 for more solutions that address your specific needs.The comparator presents a quiescent current of 50μA volts.The PCB or other board can be mounted using the Surface Mount on it.Normally, the nominal supply current should be 40μA .The compartator could be damaged if the current supply exceeds 20μA .In order to operate the device, 5V power supplies are sufficient.Electronic comparator is possible to input up to 5pA current into the device.Comparator electronics comes from the series of LinCMOS™ comparator parts.A normal operation requires a voltage of 5V .
