TL431IDRE4 Overview
8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have ±2.2% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 36V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.TL431 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 100mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 36V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1mA.2.495V voltage lower than 2.495V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 37V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.Voltages of 36V are the highest the voltage reference circuit would send.In case of a current exceeding 100mA, improper operation may occur, possibly resulting in damage to the voltage reference ic.
