TL431ACDM Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.This program utilizes the handy Shunt package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tube external packaging.8 terminations with various functions.±1% tolerance for precise voltage reference.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 36V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Adjustable output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 8 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within 0°C~70°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "TL431".It is suitable for 100mA input applications.It is appropriate for Surface Mount applications.There are 1 channels for high-quality communication.Generally, 1mA is what its cathode current should be.A fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V is generated.
