TIP115 Description
Silicon power Darlington transistor TIP115, manufactured by STMicroelectronics, is a kind of complementary PNP-NPN device with a monolithic Darlington configuration available in Jedec TO-220 plastic package. Based on its high quality and reliable performance, the TIP115 transistor is well suited for medium power linear and switching applications. Its complementary NPN types are TIP110 and TIP112.
