THC63LVD1022-B Overview
There is a Tray case in which the product is delivered.The product is packaged in a 100-TQFP case.A mounting type of Surface Mount is recommended for this product.Serializer/Deserializer is possible to change the operating temperature range of 0°C~85°C TA using the device.There is a 3V~3.6V volt supply output on the chip.In order for the user to enter input, there is a LVDS form available.Serializer/Deserializer is recognized that the output type of interface ic is LVCMOS.Inputs 12 have to be operated.There is an option for the device to maintain 1 outputs.This electrical component is included in the THine® series of products.
