TEMD7100X01 Overview


As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 60V. Photodiodes have a pin count of 2. Within a circuit, photodiodes could generate 215mW heat. A reverse anode voltage of 60V should be applied to the photodiodes. It is generally recommended that the maximum heat released by photodiodes should be 215mW in a circuit. If your DC circuit has a reverse voltage of 60V, the photodiodes will work properly. ldeally, a photodiode should have a voltage of 1V. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 1nA even without light input.
