STPS1045B-TR Description
STPS1045B-TR is a power Schottky rectifier. High voltage Schottky rectifier STPS1045B-TR is suited for switch mode power supply and other power converters. Packaged in DPAK, this STPS1045B-TR is intended for use in high-frequency circuitries where low switching losses are required. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -65 and 175℃. And the transistor STPS1045B-TR in the D-Pak (TO-252AA) package with 285W power dissipation.
