STD100N3LF3 is an N-channel planar STripFET? II Power MOSFET. This STripFET? II Power MOSFET technology STD100N3LF3 is among the latest improvements, which have been specially tailored to minimize on-state resistance providing superior switching performance. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 175℃. And the MOSFET STD100N3LF3 is in the TO-252-3 package with 110w power dissipation.
