ST735CD Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 160kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4V as an input voltage. DC DC switching regulator's 200mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 5V as the nominal input voltage. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family ST735. Voltage can be produced at -5V volts by voltage regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 8 pins. DC-DC switching regulators operate with 1.6mA supply currents.
