ST3222ECTR Overview
Driver ICs with enhanced 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packages are excellent for driving LEDs with common characteristics.In the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this receiver is mounted.With its Transceiver can transceiver design, this part can be incorporated into a wide range of solutions.The wide receiver can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In terms of power supply, this differential driver utilizes 3V~5.5V.As many as 2/2 eligible receivers/drivers can be used simultaneously with this electronic part.Applications with operating temperatures of 0°C~70°C have been designed primarily for this ic receiver.There is a voltage range of 3.3V for this line driver ic, so it can operate efficiently.The integrated terminations of this wide receiver allow it to drive and receive signals from data.The pinouts for this transceiver are standardized to meet the needs of the market.ST3222 is the base part number for this part, and it identifies the product type, temperature, packaging, etc., so you can search for more variants with it.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 20-pin driver IC.As a result of optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies, its package size has been greatly reduced.As a result of the ic receiver, the resolution of the driver was increased to 2 bits.Driver ICs are designed to work with a 3.3/5V power supply and this driver IC is one of them.It implements 1 transceivers in total.A 2 receiver is included.
