SPEAR600-2 Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 420-FBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tray. In the CPU, there are 2 Core 32-Bit cores and 2 Core 32-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TC. SPEAr® is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM926EJ-S processor. It has DDR, DDR2 RAM controllers. A I2C, I2S, IrDA, Microwire, SPI, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. There is MICROCONTROLLER, RISC MICROCONTROLLER, RISC in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. To find variants of the microprocessor, try searching with SPEAR600. A total of 420 terminations have been recorded. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 1V voltage supply. There are 32 bits in its architecture. 333MHz is the frequency of the CPU. 420 pin functions are described in the datasheets. Data transfer has 32b bandwidths. Injecting pins into the embedded microprocessor body results in 420 pins. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. Micro processors can be used from 3.3V. 3.6V is the voltage on the CPU core. It is designed to have RAM (Random-Access Memory) of 8kB. CPU programs transfer data via 24 I/Os. Its memory size is 16kB. The 10 counters help determine how busy the CPU is.
