In some cases, the device can deliver a value of 2.67pF if its capacitance is insufficient.Its capacitance ratio is 3.3, meaning that it is capable of storing a charge.A 10% tolerance is measured on its diode cap.By passing it through, you can deliver a diode capacitance of 2.6pF.For powering the device, it uses a forward current of 20mA.In order for the operating temperature to be stable, it should be no different from -55°C~125°C TJ.In addition, the SC-79, SOD-523 package can be used to save space.
