The RF amplifier is a cost-effective NARROW BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave device.The RF amplifier has type CDMA, GSM, TDMA, WCDMA RF.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 5.5V voltage capabilities can be used.This RF Amplifier needs to operate at 100mA supply current in order to deliver its performance.
