In order to increase flexibility, the package 16-PowerSOIC (0.350, 8.89mm Width), 15 Leads is used.There is a package in the form of Tube.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.Gate drivers can demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy wGate driversh a 4.75V~5.25V supply voltage.This device is designed with a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Inverting.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED IGBT/MOSFET DRIVER.A gate driver in this series is included in the SCALE™-1 series.
