SI8285CD-IS Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC-16 is used.There is a package in the form of Tube.Configuration is supported by 1 Driver drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C ~ 125°C.The basis of the model has 1 Output outputs integrated.The device is capable of delivering a current of 4 A.A voltage of 30 V is output by this device.A gate driver in this series is included in the Si8286 series.A voltage of 5.2 mA is used as the supply voltage.Operation of the device is limited to 1 channels.
