SI3200-BS Overview
To save board space, the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is used.Packing is done according to the Tube method.A Surface Mount mounting type is used.The telecom IC is composed of 2 circuits.A higher supply voltage for 3.3V 5V will improve efficiency.The operating temperature set at -40°C~85°C can offer reliable performance.Telecom switching configuration has 16 terminations.It operates with a voltage of 3.3V.In addition to telecom switching's base part number SI3200, it can be used to find other related parts.A current of 110μA is used as the supply current.There are many similar functions of the telecommunication product that it can provide with the electronic components under the ProSLIC® series.
