SI3050-D-FT Overview
There is a possibility of mounting PCBs on Surface Mount.Among the features of the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) is its low package cost.Normal operation of the system requires 3V~3.6V Supply Voltage.In the packaging, we use material Tube.Related parts can be identified by using the Base Part Number SI3050.A 20-pin connector is present on it.Furthermore, specific applications are supported by 20 pins.20 terminations are present in the program.Mounting is done using a Surface Mount-shape.In order to achieve optimum performance, the operating temperature must be lower than 70°C.Having it operate should result in a warmer temperature than 0°C.A performance-cost ratio of this series makes it a great value.In the nominal supply current, 8.5mA is used.As soon as the maximal current (Vsup) is supplied for operating the device, the 3.6V-axis is reached.For its operation, a minimal current (Vsup) has to be supplied.As far as this electrical device is concerned, there is no consumer IC.
