Using RF transceiver IC's 42-VFLGA Exposed Pad package, it is possible to save board space. This RF transceiver's mounting method is Surface Mount.The system emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency.High reliability is achieved with advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).A transceiver RF circuit board with 42 pins is designed.A frequency of 240MHz~960MHz is used to operate RF transceiver.
