SC4525ESETRT Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~105°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 200kHz~2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 28V for this voltage regulator 12v. In the particular voltage regulators, the SC4525 family is represented. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 1V volts. With a maximum output voltage of 26.88V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency.
