SC4525DSETRT Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~105°C TA is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 350kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 3V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 18V. An input voltage of 12V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. As a member of the SC4525 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 28V volts. During switching regulator operation, 8 pins are used. A maximum output current of 3A A is provided to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. The maximal output voltage of 16.74V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation.
