SC2620SETRT Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 16 terminations in this voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 2 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~105°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.4MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.8V. The output current of 2.3A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 30V. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V to meet the operation requirements. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the SC2620 family. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 1V. 16 pins are used for switching regulator operation. DC DC switching regulator is able to operate in an easy way on the basis of the maximal output voltage of 27V. Voltage regulator consumes 3.5mA A of quiescent current without being affected by external factors.
