SC221ULTRT Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 20MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.7V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 650mA output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V. Due to its NOT SPECIFIED high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
