SC196AMLTRT Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. The space-saving 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Programmable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V 1.05V 1.2V 1.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1.5A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. In the particular voltage regulators, the SC196 family is represented. A voltage of 1.8V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 10 pins used for switching regulator operation. A 1.5A A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. With 5.5V as the supply voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator will operate. This voltage regulator allows stable operation due to its high maximum operating temperature 85°C. Reliability is ensured at minimum DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures of -40°C. With regard to the input voltage, it is compatible with a minimum voltage of 2.7V. 5.5V input voltage is supported at its maximum by this voltage regulator 12v.
