SC172MLTRT Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space-saving 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. 200kHz~1MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.75V volts. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 5.225V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, there are 10 pins that must be connected. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 750mV volts. In order to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation, the maximum output current reaches 2A A. 5.23V's maximal output voltage allows adjusting voltage regulator to operate easily. As a result, it is able to provide adjusting voltage regulator a maximum output voltage of 5.23V. A type of DC-DC switching regulator, belonging to the EcoSpeed® family of voltage regulators, is what we are describing here. DC-DC switching regulator with 5.5V supply voltage.
